One simple workflow
Seven steps from the chair to the practice door, with the prescribing dentist in control of the only decision that matters clinically.
01Upload
Send digital scans, intraoral photos and your prescription through a secure clinic portal.
02Plan
A treatment-planning technician prepares the digital setup from your instructions.
03Review
View the staged setup in 3D, compare versions and request changes in writing.
04Approve
The prescribing dentist approves one exact plan version before anything is produced.
05Produce
Approved files enter manufacturing, finishing, labeling and manufacturer quality control.
06Inspect
Every case is received and re-checked at Aligner Magic U.S. fulfillment before it ships.
07Deliver
Local delivery where available, or tracked carrier delivery to your practice.
A digital workflow, then a real production floor.
Approved files are printed, formed, trimmed, inspected and packed. Each stage is a step someone signs off, not a black box between approval and delivery.

Models printed, trays formed, every case tracked to its approved plan.
Production begins only after the prescribing dentist approves one exact plan version.
01Post-processing
Trays come off the forming step and are washed before anyone touches them with a bur. Nothing moves forward until this is done.
- Formed trays washed and cleaned before finishing
- Handled in batches that stay tied to their case

02Trimming and finishing
The trim line is the part a patient feels. It is finished by a technician, tray by tray, against the stage it belongs to.
- Margins trimmed and polished by hand
- Each tray checked against its own stage in the plan

03Quality control
The checklist is versioned, and every run records which version it was judged against. A case that fails is held, not shipped.
- Count, sequence, finish and labelling checked against the approved plan
- A blocking failure or a count mismatch is a hold, not a judgement call

What the practice receives
Every case arrives as a finished set: trays labelled by arch and stage, packed in sequence, in Aligner Magic packaging with a printed case card.

Branded box
The outer carton the case ships in.

Sealed per stage
Each tray bagged and labelled with its arch and stage code.

Aligner case
A hard case for the tray the patient is wearing.

Case card
Printed instructions and the case number, opened at the chair.
Packaging carries the case number, the arch and the stage code. Patient identity does not travel with the product.
Built for the way modern dental practices work.
Aligner therapy should not require a platform contract, a minimum case commitment, or a workflow you have to work around.
No subscription, no minimums
Pay per case and per aligner. Start with a single pilot case.
Your prescription drives the setup
Structured instructions for IPR, attachments, expansion and teeth to leave alone — followed as written.
You approve before anything is made
Manufacturing is technically blocked until the prescribing dentist approves that exact plan version.
One place to track everything
Planning, approval, production, U.S. quality control and delivery on a single case timeline.

See a real treatment setup, stage by stage
Step through a digital setup from the initial scan to the final stage — the same interactive 3D viewer your dentist reviews before approving anything for manufacturing.
A demonstration setup shown with permission, not a patient of ours. It is an illustration of the review experience, not a diagnosis or a prediction of clinical outcome. Real treatment plans are visible only to the practice they belong to, and only a prescribing dentist can approve one.
Every case is checked twice, and the second check is ours.
Cases do not ship from the factory to your practice. They come to Aligner Magic in the United States first, where we verify them against the approved plan before they go anywhere near a patient.
Manufacturer QC
Count, sequence, finish, labeling and packing verified before the case leaves the production floor.
U.S. Receiving
Cartons inspected and every case scanned against the expected manifest on arrival.
Final Aligner Magic QC
Aligner count, upper and lower sequences, labels and packaging re-checked against the approved plan.
Clinic Delivery
Local delivery where available, or tracked carrier shipment with delivery confirmation.
A case that fails final QC is held, not shipped. You are told what was wrong, and the replacement is tracked through the same process.
